I have been successful through the very challenging “Great Recession,” where Arizona was one of the top 5 worst Real Estate markets for foreclosures (AZ, NV, FL, CA & CO). In 2009 our foreclosure team, TeamKJ REO, sold over 225 foreclosure properties. These days we are focusing on assisting homeowners to buy and sell now that the traditional real estate seems to be back.
