David Flack

David has lived in North Scottsdale for 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and golf communities in the area. An avid golfer, he has played the vast majority of private and public courses in The Valley of the Sun.

Real estate is a second career for David, after spending over 30 years managing luxury hotels and resorts in the US, South Pacific, and the Caribbean. Meeting and exceeding the expectations of high-end travelers spending tens of thousands per week on an island vacation is a large part of a resort General Manager’s everyday duties. “I understand what a luxury home buyer or seller expects in the process of buying and selling a home, and it is much the same as what they expect when they are staying at a five-star resort. David and his wife Anne just recently sold their home of 15 years in North Scottsdale and downsized to a home they are building in Trilogy at Verde River, so he understands all the emotions and concerns that buyers and sellers experience during a real estate transaction.

David and Anne love to travel and some of their most memorable trips have included an African Safari, Bali, the Maldives, French Polynesia, the Amalfi Coast, and renting villas in Provence. David has an affinity for fine wines with a special focus on the pinot noirs and chardonnays of Burgundy.
