Dale Forney

Dale is committed to providing clients with Confidence, Care, and Clarity in their real estate decisions. A military veteran with an MBA and a BS in Finance, he has been investing in real estate since 2007. After 16 years negotiating contracts for a Fortune 50 company, Dale decided to apply his corporate experience directly with individuals and families, guiding them through their real estate journeys. Licensed in Arizona and Washington, he holds advanced certifications from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), including SRES, ABR, and RSPS.

Dale’s approach is rooted in personal experience, having helped his parents downsize years ago after health challenges. This gave him unique insight into the emotional and logistical complexities of major life transitions. While he serves clients of all ages, Dale specializes in working with senior adults (55+), a group he is honored to support.
He believes in real estate’s potential to build wealth and transform lives. Having personally leveraged strategies such as 1031 exchanges and 401(k) funds, he offers clients valuable insights into maximizing their own financial opportunities. Through his “Client Appreciation Program,” Dale provides continued support long after the transaction, ensuring clients’ needs are met as they evolve.
When not working, Dale enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and boating with his wife and two sons. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Dale’s expertise and heart of service make him a trusted partner in every step of the real estate journey.
