Cheryl Solano

Cheryl Solano was born and raised in Denver CO, graduated from the University of Colorado attaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Marketing. She spent the next 18 years leading a successful sales career ranking as one of the top sales people in the US for Companies like Coca Cola, Computer Associates and Sun Microsystems.

After leaving the Corporate World she began her full-time real estate career 16 years ago, delivering white glove service at all price points and remains a top producer and a leader in the industry. Some of her designations and certifications include ABR, CRS, E-PRO, LHS, SFR and SRS.

Honesty, experience, knowledge, and integrity are the guiding values that play a role with her ongoing success while always maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. She is driven, committed, has a straightforward approach, combined with intuitive people skills, strong negotiation skills, listens to her clients, strives to meet, and exceed client expectations and understands the market. Besides working, Cheryl enjoys traveling, golfing, volunteerism, theatre, spending time with her husband, friends and her 2 Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs.
